Clearly mention the reason for the return and include relevant details such as your order number, item description, and any supporting images if applicable. c. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
3. Shipping Costs: a. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). b. For eligible returns, we may provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Refunds: a. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. b. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. c. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the return process as mentioned above. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
