Delivery Coverage:
PBCI covers delivery services across all states and cities in India. Please ensure you provide a complete address with a pin code/zip code, as our associated courier companies (DTDC, BLUEDART, etc.) do not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.
Delivery Schedule:
- Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays due to the prevalent 5-day work culture in most cities.
- In special cases, Saturday deliveries can be arranged with an additional cost.
Split Shipments:
Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate boxes on different days. This is done for safety in transit and may result from varying item availability and shipping locations.
Transit Times:
- Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within [X to Y] business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination and customs regulations.
Transit Risk:
PBCI ships all parcels fully insured at no extra cost to customers. In-transit risk is borne by PBCI. However, we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or damages post-delivery.
Shipment and Tracking Details:
- You'll receive an email with shipment details, including the tracking number and courier company's website link, once your order is handed over to the courier.
- Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Address Changes:

Multiple Address Orders:
Currently, the option to ship to multiple addresses in a single order is not available. Place separate orders for different addresses.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
Customers bear the cost of penalties for incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure accuracy to avoid additional charges.
Packing Method:
All products are polythene packed and then placed in plastic boxes. Orders are shipped via 1st Class Air courier services, delivered within approximately 3-5 working days.

Shipping Delays:
- We notify you of delays via email.
- Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange are not entertained in cases beyond our control, but benefits like Wallet may be provided.
Types of Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Billing Address is where you receive bills from the credit card company, while Shipping Address is where you want to receive your shipment.
Lost in Transit:
If a shipment is lost, we wait for 15 days before reprocessing/reshipping the order.
